OracleVue Terms of Service

Effective Date: September 1, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OracleVue website, platform, services, content, and related features (collectively, the "Service").

OracleVue is a brand operated by USESPEAKY LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("OracleVue," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, using the Service, or otherwise accessing OracleVue, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

OracleVue is intended exclusively for adults.

You must be at least 21 years old to create an account, purchase a subscription, communicate with an Oracle, or use any paid or free feature of OracleVue.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• you are at least 21 years old;
• you have legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
• all information you provide is accurate and current; and
• you will comply with all applicable laws.

We may suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe that an individual does not satisfy these requirements.

2. Description of the Service

OracleVue provides online entertainment and recreational experiences involving individuals referred to on the platform as "Oracles" or "Talent."

Services may include conversational experiences, spiritual or esoteric readings, chat interactions, video calls, and other entertainment-oriented experiences.

OracleVue's services are provided for entertainment, recreational, and personal-interest purposes only.

OracleVue does not provide professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, investment, tax, insurance, or other regulated professional advice.

Statements, interpretations, predictions, readings, opinions, or other communications provided by an Oracle are not guaranteed to be accurate, factual, or predictive of future events.

You should not make important personal, medical, legal, financial, or other consequential decisions based solely on an Oracle's statements.

3. Free Chat

OracleVue may allow users to communicate with Oracles without consuming a paid reading.

Free chat availability may vary by Oracle, account, platform availability, or other operational factors.

Free chat does not constitute a guaranteed paid service and may be limited, interrupted, or discontinued.

4. Subscription Plans

OracleVue currently offers subscription plans that provide users with access to specified services during the applicable paid billing period.

Current plans may include:

The Calling — $5/month

Includes:

• 1 reading per monthly billing period;
• chat with Oracles; and
• marketplace access.

The Initiation — $20/month

Includes:

• 5 readings per monthly billing period;
• video calls where available; and
• priority replies.

The Mastery — $40/month

Includes:

• unlimited readings during the applicable paid billing period;
• access to top verified Oracles, subject to availability; and
• dedicated support.

Plan features, prices, availability, and benefits may be changed prospectively, subject to applicable law and any notice required by law.

5. Reading Allowances and Expiration

Reading allowances are tied to the applicable paid billing period.

Unused readings do not roll over, accumulate, transfer, or carry forward into a subsequent billing period.

At the end of each paid billing period, any unused reading allowance expires and resets.

For The Mastery plan, "unlimited readings" means unlimited readings during the applicable paid billing period, subject to reasonable use and availability.

OracleVue may take reasonable measures to prevent abuse, excessive automated usage, fraud, or use that materially interferes with the Service or other customers' access.

6. Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions may renew automatically on a monthly basis only where the customer has affirmatively agreed to automatic renewal.

Before completing a subscription purchase, customers will be presented with material subscription terms, including the applicable price, billing frequency, subscription benefits, and automatic-renewal terms.

By affirmatively agreeing to an automatic-renewal subscription, you authorize OracleVue or its designated payment processor to charge your selected payment method for each subsequent billing period until you cancel.

If you do not consent to automatic renewal, your subscription will not automatically renew.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time using the cancellation method made available by OracleVue.

Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not ordinarily terminate the already-paid subscription period.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly approved by OracleVue, after cancellation you may continue using eligible benefits through the end of the current paid billing period.

At the end of that period:

• the subscription expires;
• unused readings expire;
• unused allowances are reset to zero; and
• no unused readings or benefits carry over to a future subscription period.

OracleVue will not require unnecessary obstacles to cancellation.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by the OracleVue Refund & Cancellation Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Generally, a customer may request a refund where:

1. a paid service was not delivered; or

2. the delivered service was materially unrelated to the service or question requested by the customer.

Refund requests may be initiated directly through the applicable OracleVue chat/support functionality.

Unless required by applicable law, refunds are not automatically available solely because a customer changes their mind, does not use their readings, or cancels a subscription after payment.

9. Payment Information

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors selected by OracleVue.

OracleVue may not directly store complete payment-card information.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method associated with your subscription.

Applicable taxes may be added to prices where required by law.

10. Accounts

Certain features require you to create an account.

You are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of your password;
• protecting access to your account;
• providing accurate information; and
• all activity occurring through your account, except where caused by unauthorized activity not attributable to your negligence.

You must notify OracleVue promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may not create an account using false information or impersonate another person.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• use OracleVue for unlawful purposes;
• harass, threaten, abuse, or exploit Oracles or other users;
• upload illegal content;
• upload obscene or sexually explicit content where prohibited by the platform;
• request or distribute illegal material;
• engage in fraud or payment abuse;
• manipulate, exploit, or circumvent the Service;
• use automated systems to abuse the Service;
• scrape or systematically collect platform data without authorization;
• interfere with platform security or operation;
• resell or commercially exploit the Service without authorization;
• share account credentials where prohibited;
• attempt to bypass subscription restrictions or reading allowances; or
• otherwise interfere with another user's ability to use OracleVue.

Reverse engineering is not prohibited solely by these Terms, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law or otherwise restricted by a separate agreement.

12. User Photos and Content

Users may voluntarily upload photographs or other content through OracleVue.

Photos may be shown within the relevant chat or session to an Oracle where the user chooses to provide them for that purpose.

You retain ownership of content you upload.

By uploading content, you grant OracleVue a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, transmit, display, and process that content as reasonably necessary to provide the Service.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to upload the content and that your content does not violate applicable law or the rights of another person.

13. Reviews and Testimonials

Users may be permitted to submit ratings, reviews, comments, or testimonials.

By submitting a review or testimonial, you grant OracleVue a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, display, publish, adapt, and use that content for operating, promoting, and marketing OracleVue.

OracleVue may remove reviews that violate these Terms or applicable law.

OracleVue will not knowingly alter a testimonial in a manner that materially changes its meaning.

14. Intellectual Property

OracleVue and its licensors own all rights in the OracleVue platform, branding, software, design, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and other proprietary materials, except for user-generated content and third-party materials.

You may use the Service only for its intended personal purposes.

No ownership rights are transferred to you by using OracleVue.

15. Oracles and Talent

Oracles participating in OracleVue may be employees or authorized representatives of OracleVue.

Individual Oracles may express personal opinions, interpretations, or entertainment-oriented readings.

OracleVue does not guarantee any particular Oracle, response time, outcome, interpretation, prediction, or result unless expressly stated as part of the applicable subscription.

16. Entertainment Disclaimer

OracleVue is an entertainment platform.

Spiritual, esoteric, intuitive, divination, tarot, astrology, psychic, or similar experiences are provided solely for entertainment and personal enjoyment.

No reading or communication should be interpreted as a factual guarantee, professional opinion, diagnosis, prediction, recommendation, or promise of a particular outcome.

You remain solely responsible for decisions you make.

17. Service Availability

OracleVue attempts to maintain reliable availability but does not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available.

Oracles, video calls, chats, readings, marketplace features, and other features may be subject to availability.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Service where reasonably necessary.

18. Account Suspension and Termination

OracleVue may suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably believe that the user:

• violates these Terms;
• engages in fraud or abuse;
• uploads illegal or prohibited content;
• threatens or harasses personnel or Oracles;
• attempts to manipulate the Service; or
• creates legal, security, or operational risk.

Where appropriate, OracleVue may provide notice before termination, but immediate action may be taken where reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform, or comply with law.

19. Third-Party Services

OracleVue may use third-party providers for payment processing, analytics, advertising, email marketing, customer relationship management, hosting, communications, and other operational functions.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to those providers' terms and privacy policies.

20. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OracleVue provides the Service on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

We disclaim warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability, except where such disclaimers are prohibited by law.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OracleVue and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OracleVue's aggregate liability arising from your use of the Service will not exceed the greater of:

(a) the amount you paid to OracleVue during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or

(b) $100.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

22. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless OracleVue and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

• your violation of these Terms;
• your misuse of the Service;
• your violation of another person's rights; or
• your unlawful conduct.

23. Disputes and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent that mandatory consumer-protection laws of another jurisdiction apply.

Any dispute-resolution provisions, including venue, arbitration, or class-action provisions, will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer of rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

24. Changes to These Terms

OracleVue may update these Terms from time to time.

When material changes are made, OracleVue may provide reasonable notice through the platform, email, or another appropriate method.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

25. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Cookie Policy, and any additional terms expressly incorporated into the Service, constitute the agreement between you and OracleVue concerning your use of the Service.
